Paul C. Bastante is the founder of The AgeWise Institute, host of The AgeWise Podcast, Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), educator, accessibility advocate, and Business Development Manager for 101 Mobility North Jersey.
With a background that combines real-world accessibility experience, educational outreach, podcast media, and community advocacy, Paul has become a recognized voice in the growing conversation surrounding aging in place, home safety, accessibility awareness, and caregiver education.
Through The AgeWise Institute™, Paul works to help families, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and older adults better understand the practical and emotional realities that often accompany mobility challenges, hospital discharge planning, fall prevention concerns, and home accessibility needs.
As a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), Paul regularly collaborates with:

In addition to his healthcare and accessibility work, Paul is actively involved in economic development and community initiatives throughout Vernon Township, New Jersey, where he advocates for experiential development, stronger local business communities, accessibility awareness, and educational outreach.
